What are your thoughts on using Calf Hair String Groove Silencers on your bows?

The calf hair material don't really have enough cushion to it, and the grooves aren't where the slap takes place anyway.

Put a piece of velcro (fuzzy side of peel & stick), about 1 to 1.5 inches long, and about 1 inch wide at the center of the limb.

Place one end of the velcro no more than 1/4 inch from where the string leaves contact from the limb, and run it down toward the limb butt for the other end.

There are other ways to do it, but that one is pretty simple.
