Schafer limbs will bolt up on a TT riser. The upper limbs have the wrong profile as they are shaped to the contour of the sight window. I suppose that you could change the profile with a belt sander. But, since you said cheap, Schafers are probably not an option.

The Tall Tines bowyer will build some. But there is a wait . . .

Also, that comment was tongue in cheek. No, I wouldn't spend an extravagant amount on a set of used limbs. But will gladly pay a fair price. However, should this option fail I will send him a deposit and get on his list.
