    Riding a bicycle?

Aint shot the curve since Dec.

Like riding a bike. You can still crash and burn!

1st arrow at 15 yds skipped off the back and is floating in he pond 75 yds away!

After about an hour of shooting I kinda got it back under control, lol.

Bout to go climb in the stand!

Said stand too **** wobbly for my phat azz!
I'm on the ground 15 yds from fdr. Sitn in a lawn chair.
Winds terrible. They gotta come from the W or I'm done.
Fdr spins at 5:20 but they're generally early.

                        Close up

Ended up shooting at 2 15 #ers at 20-25 yds. Barely missed both. Sows hung up and were calling em back so me being the opportunist I am, I let em fly.
After the misses I went to retrieve arrows. On the way back I set the feeder off again. Instead of going back to my 20 yd chair, I stopped at the 15 yd ladder and leaned against the tree. FIREANTS GALORE ! I made my way towards my chair and dropped my drawers. Had to take off the glove too! I was COVERED in ants! And they were wearing me out! I walked ahead to the nearest tree so I could kick it and knock some ants off. 1/2 way there some 40 #ers run in. No bow, no glove, no pants! I couldn't move. I's in the wide open. At this point I didn't care. I went about my business of fighting fires while the pigs ate corn for 10 min. Oblivious to my presence. When I had the situation semi under control I waddled back over to my bow, donned my glove, and prepared to shoot.
Ethan was in the Krivo 20 yds to my right of the blind. He dropped his Nintendo on the plywood floor! Pigs haul tail.
I sit back down and keep up the good fight. Ants still biting me. Plumb up in my shorts now!
2 more wads of pigs come and go but I wasn't interested in them (piglets) so I didn't bother. If bigger, I'd of sucked it up and fired, lol.

                        Perty eventful !

Dang Derek, that is a great hunting story, hats off to you for hanging in there with all that. Fire ants in the shorts is just one of those things in life that require immediate attention, everything else gotta wait!

I know I shouldn't be laughing, but I just can't help it. Don't feel bad though, I've had my own candid camera moments, lol
