I know, but I've been bringing a couple cases of beer since we started this back in 2014. Since my brother and I drink Yuengling that's what I bring.

This sounds like a blast! I aint been on a "hog hunt" in years.
But if I remember correctly.... those 2 cases of beer are supposed to be on every meal break down list, including breakfast!

Thought I would give a short update on my ongoing battle with cancer so you guys will know what to expect. I wasn't able to hunt much this past season. I'm still planning to make this hog hunt. I seem to be holding my own against the cancer, but I do have some side effects of the therapy/drugs. The biggest effect is the fatigue. I'm also contending with frequent diarrhea. The doc added a second blood pressure med so my blood pressure is back under control. The drugs have shut down my thyroid and I'm having to take thyroid medicine. Taking a handful of pills every day gets old. I've also pretty much had to give up the alcohol. I manage to walk a mile most days, though it leaves me pretty drained and I have to take a nap most days. I know i'm not going to be able to cover the ground I covered in past years but I'm hoping to be able to get a pig or two. Anyway, the main purpose of this trip, as always, is to spend some time with old friends.

Sad news

I have to miss this years hunt. I’m
Teaching beginner archery courses the same weekend of the hunt. I really really hate I have to miss it. My dad has it already said he would take my spot. If not someone else can take it. Will miss yal.
