    Dallas-Fort Worth group

    Hello
    As it is known, this will be the last year for Stick Bow at Chester. I have had a group from central Texas and a person from the Dallas Fort Worth area contact me about taking over the shoot and moving it to their locations.
    The person with the Dallas Fort Worth area, I have lost their contact info. Would like to talk to them on the phone again. I have a few questions.
    Can someone help? If I do not hear anything soon, I need to make a decision on which direction to go. Silence will mean not interested.

            It would be great to get that shoot at either Cowtown or Irving. Both put on really great shoots.

              It will be impossible to make it as good as now anywhere ! Why? Cause of the camping and food and church and Bills trophys. The time together , the setting , the cause . I could go on for ever but sleeping on plastic camp beds telling Bill about the hot water being cold ,the AC not working properly , the lights being burnt out and such I am sure Bill won't miss. Yet the church camp is going to miss out on all that work Bill did so the camp would run smooth when they opened the camp. I live in central Tx so vote for that if there is plenty of camping room and good food !! Arvin

                You are right! But it was/is fun. Anyone who oversees a shoot of any size knows of the possible headaches and problems that can surface. Hopefully in the past we were able to fix any problems as soon as we knew about them. There were some that I did not know about till after the shoot was over, and it had a simple solution. But instead, people would go home and complain about how something was not to their liking.
                O well, one more time. See everyone at Vanderpool! Nan is already packing.

                  I hate to hear this will be the last year in Chester Bill. It's one of my favorites. I've taken some vacation time to make it this year.
