My fingers are starting to feel a little tender - been shooting between 7-10 rounds a day(12 each rd) - not all at once but over 2-3 different times a day - do I stop - lay off or keep it up with maybe just cutting back to 5-6 rds a day - suggestions? thx

Might want to back off just a bit until your fingers get conditioned. It is common for them to be sore for a while when starting out. Also, make sure you are taking a deep hook. If you are trying to draw with your fingertips they will be very sore. If you are unfamiliar, Google "archery deep hook" - it makes a big difference.
