After a month of looking at that 69 Griz hanging on the wall due to injuries I'm happily back to shooting it. I've spent 5-6 days a week in the gym working like a fiend to get things back in shape. Chest and back twice a week, legs twice a week, arms/shoulders on Wednesday and a run day at the end. Lost 1" on my waist and gained 11 pounds. Stepped out today with the 60lb-er and easily ran 20 shots through it without pain or fatigue. Put that one back up and picked up the 45lb-er for some form work. I refused to even think about selling it so I put in the work to build up to it. Glad I did!
