2017 Hill Country Shootout Roll Call (Vanderpool)

This will be my first time, made reservations at Kirville. We are driving in early Saturday so not too concern about traffic but heading back home to Dallas I was thinking about taking 190 to 281 north so I can stay away from Austin's traffic.
Anyone familiar with this road is it worth the try or is it a slow road with bunch of stops?

Inman's Kitchen in Llano has just as good and maybe even better BBQ than Coopers and they make the best smoked Turkey sausage you will ever eat.
