    Looking for two bows

My daughter and I had our bows stolen around Thanksgiving. I'll be looking to replace them soon. Mine was a Bob Lee Hunter takedown recurve and hers was a Sarrel's longbow, I think maybe a Blueridge but not positive.

I'll be looking to replace these after Christmas, so if anyone decides to sell something similar, let me know.

For the Bob Lee, I'm looking for something around 40 lbs.

For the longbow, something around 30-34 lbs.

If you know of something like these for sale, please send me a PM.

Terrible! Hope you get them back or, at least, are able to get replacements. Have them insured?

No, just homeowners insurance with a high deductible. There is a warrant for the guy but I don't have much hope of getting them back.

Sorry to hear about the bows. Ragin had a Bob Lee for sale. I know it's 55@ 28 which is more weight then you were looking for, but might be able to get another set of limbs a little less expensive if you had a riser? Or maybe trade out into some lighter ones.

Thanks guys! Yes, it does suck. I'm hoping they fry him. He stole our 4H bows at the same time.

I'm planning to mostly use the bow for competition, so a 40 pound one is about right. I have a 55 pound Bear I can use for hunting if needed.

I saw pic of the suspected thief on local news

Hope they catch him and put him in jail for many years
