I roughed up the plastic thinking it would add porosity to the plastic to help it hold and also remove the mold releasing chemical so the gorilla glue would stick better and then I used the dremel to grind away the center of the rubber for a flush fit.
I pm'd hrdwrkncwby76 and he said that his quiver addition is holding up nicely.
He used the gorilla glue that was made to be used on plastics.
I keep coming back to this thread trying to see if I missed how he handled the "other end" of the quiver. I see he glued something to the hood, did he also glue something at the "bracket" end (can't think of a better word.)
