            A day filled with push-ups, sit-ups and the 2 mile run. I used to enjoy those days. 100 on push-ups, 95+ on run. The freaking sit-ups were what killed my score. Could only get 90% on them.
            Are the standards still the same as they were 20 years ago? Or have they become more lenient like everything else in our military?

              My guess compared to 20yrs ago, it's probably more lenient but I don't know what the standards were. I think the National Guard as a whole, has probably improved from the post Vietnam era just due to the constant deployments and change of mentality as a result of.
