Cool vid.
The times I went to the mountains I used Haynes/Eastman vids while I was working out and while shooting I kept in mind the fact that all the preparation could boil down to just a few seconds of shot execution.
It did just that on my very first elk hunt when I had a sleepy- eyed bull broadside about 25 yards in front of me and I dropped my bow arm upon release. My arrow hit at the bull's feet and he busted out of his little spot like a freight train, crashing limbs for several hunded yards.
It was a rude awakening for both of us.
I haven't gotten a shot at an elk since.
