Ruined one of my new arrows today, not sure how I feel about this. *picture*

I'm most comfortable at about 12 yards so I practice there when anything closer or farther feels off. I'd heard of this happening but hadn't seen it yet. Mot sure if I should be happy or upset that I ruined a brand new arrow.

I have my first one hanging on the wall....gets expensive though.....now you've done it, spread 'em out!

Ha! I love shooting groups and seeing all the arrows touching each other. I used to ruin one fairly often till I changed to the FMJ shafts I am shooting now. I have broken lots of nocks with the FMJ's but only have one actual Robin Hood.

            Good shooting!

This one was a couple weeks ago.
I don't like wasting arrows either.

                  Good shooting. Nice tight group!
I've done before with a compound but haven't ever got one with a trad bow yet. Lots of nicks and scratches but no Robin Hood!

Never done that with trad but have several times with compound

First time I was excited I had done it, all the others made me cringe at the thought of money gone

Oh I'd like to point out that I very rarely get two arrows that close together when I'm shooting. Maybe two arrows out of every 50 or 60 will touch and I've never had three of them touching until this happened.

Nice group. Better than losing on by missing the back stop.

"Bitter Sweet" at best. At least you didn't have a total Robin Hood and ruin 2 arrows. Good shoot'in though.

Not sure how guys shoot 12 yards or less. I will break my nocks every time I try. I have to,shoot different spots every arrow to avoid it
