    Used longbow for sale

    AMO 62"
    55# @ 28"
    Was told from previous owner it is osage limbs with bamboo core
    Has smooth draw and it hits where I look; I just dont like this one as well as my recurve.
    Has wear/scatches in clear coat
    Bowyer markings on bow show RG Crow.
    $160 FTF
    Located NW of Fort Worth

            Wow. That is an awesome price, especially for the aesthetics of the bow. I am a lefty or I would be all over that.

            I will share this thread on the 'campfire'. A couple of folks were asking yesterday.

                      Question. I ve never owned a long bow. I'm a 29.5 draw with my mathews. What would I need in a long bow?

                        My compound DL is 26.5". My recurve DL is an inch or so less.

                          Trad bows are not draw length specific. Most are marked XX#@28". If you draw length is more or less than 28", you will have a different draw weight than what is marked on the bow. If you are just starting to shoot trad, I would not start with more than 40# at your draw length. You need to learn good form to get good with a trad bow, and that is hard to do if you are fighting the bow. Zero letoff is a whole new world!!!

                            Thanks Bisch. I like the price range a smaller size riser this bow has. I ve shot some with
                            oneway Charles here in Paris and the ones I shot were #50 I believe. He is a good coach
