Way to go Todd! My opening evening hunt almost worked out like yours because I hadn't seen anything until I was getting ready to leave when my target buck walked out with a couple other nice bucks and fed facing me until it got so dark he was just a blur. After about 45 minutes I had to spook them off with my light so I could get out of the tree.
