    Elite origin

I just shot the Elite Origin at my local pro shop. I know it isn't "trad" in a traditional wooden way but it was by far the fastest recurve I've shot. Certainly a bit pricey but for the performance it would be well worth it. I hadn't shot a recurve bow in 3 years and was able to put 2- 3 arrow groups in a softball sized group at 10 yards. The only draw back to this bow in my opinion is the grip. If you get a chance to shoot one I suggest to try it.

Curious what price they quoted you. I remember reading about them earlier this year and a purported 1300 price tag

While I'm sure they are fine bows, I would just buy myself a new Blueridge, and take the extra $600 and go on a hunt somewhere!

I sold my sarrels B/R 3 years ago and have regretted it since.
