Others may spot a lot more than I do but the only thing I see is maybe your elbow is a little high. Release looks good.

I agree with LC.. your elbow seems to be higher than it should be. I also see that you are having problem with your anchor. It seems to move - ever so slightly but on the second shot you had to readjust to find it as well as the third. My suggestion is to put your bow up and align your draw and bow before drawing back to anchor. This will allow you to come to the same anchor right away. Later on you can change this. Also You are dropping your bow and bow arm as soon as your shot is off. Try to hold the bow up until after the arrow strikes the target. Try these and show us another video after a few days. Concentration and release are great!!!!

I too see a slightly high elbow and when you release attempt to make your fingers end up around your ear...Ive found that if I feel my hand brush my ear Ive made a smoother release

I agree with the others about the elbow being too high. Try to make a straight line from the tip of the arrow all the way to the tip of your elbow.

I personally disagree with your elbow being too high. It appears to me that you are shooting at a target on the ground so I would expect your elbow to be a little on the high side.

I do agree that you need to stay with your shot a little longer. After the shot, keep pushing your bow arm to the target.

If you are going to search for your anchor you may want to start settling in a little longer.

Posting a short video of your form is a great idea. One suggestion, next time video from several different angles. When I video, I use a tripod and plant my feet in a consistent spot. I will shoot three arrows then move the camera about 30degrees until I have video from 360degrees (note the need for a tripod). I also comment on each shot so that I will know what each shot felt like when I am reviewing the tape.

                        I agree with Chris.

                        ..

I admire anyone who'll post a video of their form for critique. There are more than one shooting method and we each vary in our bodies' needs. Just look at Chris's avatar. From my perspective his elbow is up kind of high. But, I think he can shoot either one of us under the table.

I'd recommend that you find the anchor that is comfortable and repeatable for you and build on that.

I post this without watching the video. Can't do the youtube from this station.
