Between my shoulder surgery then my wrist surgery I have not been able to hunt or even really shoot my recurves for 6 months or so
I took it out and shot a hour or so Sunday and it didn't hurt that bad
Got in from work today and it had just quit raining and was just nice outside so I grabbed my bow and went to a blind.
Wind blew every direction and I was surprised when 6 hogs came in.
They were spooky and blew out 4 or 5 times but kept coming back.
The last time they busted out a small one stopped and looked back.
I drew and released in one motion.
The big GK head went in the short ribs and came out under her chin.
She spun around a few times and piled up right back at the feeder.
Every time I decide I'm too old and busted up to play with my recurves it seems I slowly heal up and maybe have another few years in me after all
