Silencing a Clicker

Have any of you guys used a Clickety Clicker?

I have been using one the last few months. I have put moleskin all over the thing but it still makes a louder click than I would like to hunt with it.

If it was totally silent it would be fine with me as I can feel when it goes off.

Wouldn't a silent clicker be an oxymoron? Just kidding. I've seen these before and understand their usefulness but not sure how loud they should be. I've also read before that using one while hunting has no affect during the shot but I've never used one before.

I can feel it click. If the click was a little less audible I would be happy.

I have have deer hear my arrow slid across the shelf, my shirt sleeve etc.

That being said the clicker is really helping my shooting.
