Texas Recurve

Some of you may remember Texas Recurve a bow built by Curtis Bird in Center Point, Texas. Curtis Bird passed away and the bows have not been built for about 15 years. His grandson Brian Campbell has resurrected the bow and is building them in San Antonio. He plans to come to Vanderpool this year as a vendor. Check him out. He can be reached at 210-782-4070.

Curtis and his son Rick built them. Rick and my brother Drew (66) were friends growing up in San Antonio. I bought my first recurve from Rick many years ago. Still have it. Will be interested in talking to the grandson at Vanderpool . Rusty
