    Cecil effect

    Morons will always be morons:

The international backlash against big game hunters triggered by last year's killing of a beloved lion named “Cecil” could spell doom for hundreds of the beasts who now roam a Zimbabwe preserve.

Quite amazing how ignorant people can be. Not only are they still going to have to cull those lions, they will have to pay out of pocket and will have lost the revenue they could have charged hunters. Those funds would go to pay wages, feed/clothe families, and better those people. Instead, the nuts that brought this on only see it as a victory while everyone else (including the lions) suffer.

This is typical of liberals--they think with their hearts and when one of their "policies" goes into action, there are always adverse effects that were never considered.

      Dumb asses!

You should have just gotten back from your first Safari and probly the only ever right as this was going down. It was similar to coming home from Nam in that you were not going to be welcomed by a lot of people. I waited to tell my hunt for about 3-4 months. Oh well if the guy new it was a loved lion it was just wrong. If not the the truth should set you free. As far as the luring of the lion for profits from a protected area. The game authorities of that region should do their jobs what ever that might be. And the people be addressed according to the law of that region. Cool lion though. Arvin
