    Hogs and Pop Up ?

Do wild Hogs have to get used to a new pop up? I know Deer do but Turkey don't. I'm heading out this afternoon for a couple of days to shoot hogs with my recurve and I have never hunted Hogs with a bow before. Any wise experience would be grateful. Thanks

Use a good amount of scent blocker on the blind and it should be good to go.

I have killed deer, hogs, and turkey from pop up blinds on the same day as the installation, and a few times within minutes of it.

Scent and wind is key, but if you place the blinds in well shaded areas (if possible) the animals seem to ignore them.

Rick is right. Pop it up in a shady spot, brush it in a bit, and have the wind right.
