BAA BOOM Shot

read up on this and saw a warning against shooting pressurized bottles with carbon arrows

Anybody know about this claim?

I know a guy who shoots them with his carbons, and he breaks them almost every shot.

I shot both of these with the same arrow, a GT 7595 Trad (carbon). No damage at all so far.
