Help picking Limb Vaneers

I'm getting some new Limbs for my Bob Lee. I'm digging second from the top or the bottom. Whatchyall think?

Not sure you could go wrong with any of them! What woods do you have in the riser?

It's a Bob Lee Heavyweight. It's probably 95%+ Black Micarta. It has a Bubinga Overlay in Bubinga lines in the Riser. Not so much that I can't get away with Limb Veneer "X" and still make it all flow. Hold on ill find a pic off the internet.

Those are all great! Pick whichever one trips your trigger and go with it!

If that dark one is your riser, I don't think I like any of those above. I would go foe something that more closely matched the brown in the riser.

Nah I want it to contrast like my last custom long bow did. It looks better than it sounds. It had a light curly maple in the riser and Bocote limb veneers.

So will it come out a little darker than that picture? I was watching a video recently where the color that they showed for the veneer wood was lighter before they built up the limb and darker due to either stain or whatever (it wasn't clear to me.)

I like the pattern on the 2nd one... just not the shade.
