    Draw length and fine tuning

A month ago I started working on my form and I think I may picked up an extra inch or more on my draw length, this may have caused for my arrow to became weak.
So I decided to strip my good tips and do the bare shaft test ( I know I did this 3 years ago).
Sure enough they were way to weak.
I had to cut it to make it stiff enough and still use a 145gr tip.

This is as far as I can cut it. DOES IT LOOK SAFE.

Also does it ever happened to you that the arrows became stiff after several years.

That looks fine to me. They say to leave at least. 1 inch past your riser. I like a 3" minimum be cause I might get excited and over draw (bad form) and I do not want to have an oops moment!

That looks fine to me. That is how much my arrow sticks out... Maybe even a little less.

I don't see arrows getting stiff over time. The string however can stretch and the arrow will seem week if you don't adjust your brace height back by adding more twists.

I like to touch my knuckle with my broadhead. Makes it so I know I'm at the proper anchor.
