So I am teaching myself to shoot instinctive. Been a compound shooter for 10 years and I'm cross dominate. My problem is one day I'm grouping awsome the next day it's all over the place which I get that it means I'm having problems with consistency. I think it's my release. Does anyone have any ideas or videos on a proper release. I you tubed it and I'm just not getting it. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm three fingers under by the way

I am not an archery instructor so take this FWIW. I will tell you three things that helped my release tremendously.
1) Deep hook. Some shoot great with a fingertip release but a deep hook works much better for me. It seems counterintuitive, but the deep hook makes for a cleaner release.
2) Learning to keep your string hand and forearm relaxed. This makes you less likely to torque the string, and easier for the string to slip from your fingers when you "quit holding"
3) The only way to have a relaxed hand/forearm is if you are using proper back tension - drawing with the back muscles instead of your shoulder and biceps
There is a guy named Arne Moe who has some pretty good videos on youtube, including one on the release. Just search "moebow"
Example of a "deep hook"
