JSUGGS said it all !! LAST shoot of 2014 !!

I have ordered up 95 degree weather, no rain, and NO mosquitoes

We are having a first for Saltgrass. We are shooting half of the course on the field archery spot range,and the other half on the 3D course. This will give you a feel for the "Spartan Round" that will be on next years agenda

We are setting up for TBOT on Saturday. [COLOR="rgb(139, 0, 0)"]Fun is the name, 3D is the game[/COLOR]

Seriously: we have had no rain, the mosquitoes have died off. We will shoot in the shade, most of the time. With a little gulf breeze, it will a GREAT shoot !!

Thanks for all your help this year and SUPPORT Without the Texasbowhunter community , there would not be a Saltgrass Archery Club.

No. I will have a standard everyday 3D event. However, 15 of em will be on our spot range. Next year, we are having a half and half "Spartan Round" with field archery rules on the 15 field archery spot targets, and the other half will be 3D rules.

This Saturday is a regular 30, 3D target event,, held in the shade of the spot range.

Bob and I are talking about a couple of shoots, in the cooler months next year.

Enjoyed the shoot. Plenty of water on course helped out when heat was on. Smoked fish from Washington state was great.
Did not shoot well but had a great time shooting. Enjoyed the layout and shot placement. Will be back, cool weather or hot.

I'm happy you had a good time and enjoyed the course. Bob and I have decided that we are going to have a couple of TBOT shoots next year,,,,,,,and we are starting in January

Yes,,,,,the smoked salmon was superb !! That was a nice treat !!
