I've had and continue to deal with some shoulder issues, and was lucky enough to get help from limbwalker on a total form overhaul. As a result I am shooting pretty pain free now and even hitting fairly good at times. Shot 30 targets at Camp Bullis Sunday without a miss. I wouldn't have believed that 4-5 months ago. And I was using a bow of around 50# at my draw length, wasn't sure I'd be able to shoot that weight ever again.

Warming up and stretching has helped a bunch in addition to better form. John put that bug in our ears as well. He said "you guys just warm up like you normally do," and my daughter and I looked at each other like "we're supposed to be warming up before we shoot?!" Now I'm religious about it.

Going to keep shooting while I can I suppose.

So Rob, you think you might come out on Sunday?

        Bisch,

I need to check in with my wife about it. Our work schedules sort of have us like ships passing in the night this week. We have to pick our daughter up at the airport on Sunday, but if my wife has that covered or if it is later in the afternoon or evening as I think it is, I plan to come to Bastrop. Thank you for the invitation!

Bastrop is great. Loved the course last time I shot there.

Paul, give a shout if you want to car pool. I figure to have wheels turning at 6 AM. Can't stay to late 'caus we are celebrating my daughter's birthday Sunday afternoon.

They only have one traditional class (they do not break up recurve and longbow) so we only shoot once. You will get out plenty early.

Looks like we will have a good little group! Should be fun!

Thanks. I'm going over with Bisch - Cedar Park would you take you too far out of your way, but thanks.
