Work on the small things. Look at a small spot and concentrate on doing the same actions with the bow and arrow each time you pull it back and let it go. The more you do the same thing the more your confidence will grow and you can concentrate more easily. Your shots will start of get closer to the desired destination. Just believe in what you are doing and it will happen.
