    How often do you practice?

I'm an addict... Driven by that feeling of knocking a handmade wooden arrow. 15 yard bag target range, inside my house. Longbow hanging off a bow hook coming out the wall. 5 gal bucket full of sticks and 160 gr points... The peak that never gets old is the release and arrow hitting the bullseye.

Yep, Almost every day for me.

I shoot compound, but practice every day, year round.

I take my "one shot" before I leave in the morning.

Practice as time allows when I get home(I have an indoor range at home).

One more "one shot" before bed.

    Every single day.

Since I switched to traditional a few years ago, I would say 5 days a week on average. I lose concentration during long practice sessions - for me it's lots of shorter ones. Sometimes it's just 10 or so arrows in at a blank bail in the garage, working on form. Weekday evenings I will shoot 10-15 arrows in the backyard. My favorite practice is on a Saturday when I'm going to be around the house all day. Once an hour from about 9:00am to 6:00 I will go out in the yard and shoot one arrow at my 3d target, each time setting up a little different hunting situation (distance, angle, etc)

Take a few shots the day before a shoot or hunt!

When home I shoot everyday. While traveling I miss shooting. I do take a string I got at the Rod Jenkins clinic. I will practice draw with it to work on form and anchor.
