My wife and I are reading Love Dares together. Awesome book by the way! On the 4 th day of the book, it calls for you to give your spouse a unexpected gift. My wife surprised me with a dozen Easton Traditionals. I was very surprised.
I little story about my arrows. The twenty years that we have been together, it has always been custom for her to bless my arrows before a hunt by giving each one of them a kiss. Just something we have always done. That in mind, I decided to honor her with these arrows by painting them in her cancer survivor color- lime green. Wendi has been through two rounds of fights with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Both times were hard, very hard, but we made it with Gods grace. So that being said, these 12 are to honor her, my wife, mother of my kiddos, and my feisty little fighter. She is a tough woman, i am blessed to have her to love

First coat of lime green
First set of lines going down
All the black done
Fabbed my crestor up a bit for this project
Finished painting
Now all I have to do is some fletching and they will be set. Thanks for looking
