    PSE Kingfisher

Recently I picked up a PSE kingfisher for the obvious reasons of bowfishing. The recent rains and a new job/schedule have temporarily put a halt on my bowfishing efforts..

I'd like to be able to use this bow as a starter to try and transition into trad shooting, my initial attempts have resulted in several lost arrows. I know I'll have to spend some time behind the bow to get the swing of things, but I'm wondering about the type of arrows I should use. Anyone have any suggestions? I belive the specs on the bow are 40lbs at 28".

If you draw to 28" or close to that, alum arrows I would try 1916's or 2013's. woodies try some 45#-50# spine. As far as carbons someone else would have to fill you in. I'm not experienced in the carbon world.

      Thanks for the info!

Anyone have a source of information I could use to determine the proper arrow for a trad bow?

How did you configure your set up on that Kingfisher?
