    A Pink Bow

My GF Ruthie, is raising her granddaughter Tonya, a 14 yr old who is a loving, sweet young lady who has Cerebral Palsy. Ruthie started shooting a little over a year ago and Tonya would go and walk with us at shoots.

Tonya text me the week of the HCS and asked if I could get a her a pink bow. I told her it was short notice but I would see what I could do. The first bowyer to show up was Ron Foley and I asked if he had any kids bows "I have a pink longbow". When Tonya arrived, I showed her the bow, she loved it so I bought it for her. Ruthie kind of scolded me for spending the money, Ron pointed at Tonya and said "that's what it's all about" We went to David Oakes and got her a glove and armguard.

She entered the shoot, she only hit one target but had a blast and still wants to shoot her bow. At school she told everyone about her pink bow.
