      I agree on the completly through... that is the arrow went in one side and exited the other side and is no longer attached to the animal.

      What I don't agree is whether or not the animal moves. Adding that characteristic seems silly to me, and can only be proven by watching high definition video replay of the shot.

          The arrow completely exits the off side as a result of the shot. If the arrow is expelled after a short death run, then that would be complete penetration.

                Pass through is the broadhead leaving the other side of the animal.

                Complete pass through is the entire arrow leaving the other side of the animal.
