I guess I'm having a green moment, but why is that a problem? I've made a few for my own selfbows that haven't given me any issues other than actually being able to twist one up without one of the colors having slack. Am I missing something?

The OP is a REALLY good shooter and if he starts shooting a selfbow, then a lot of the regular guys in that class at the 3D shoots will be in trouble!
