as it's getting warmer, and ALMOST time to wet an arrow.
now the question,
some are looking at new bows. in years past allways found a old cruve in the pawn shop and use it. would give it away and look for a new one anyways.
look'n for a new "cheap" fisher.. do you think it would be better to go with a metal riser bow, stay with the wood.
my think'n is the metal riser would be easier to clean and take care of, grease the bolts and wax the limbs, but the old archer in me ""loves wood bows""
it's kind of weird, i'd never think of a metal bow for hunting or 3d. but bowfishing??
what's your thoughts..
