    Product Review (BearPaw Serving Tool)

    OK,

for all you stringers out there, here's a tip.

I wore my favorite serving tool slab dab out. I have 5 or 6 different ones, but thought I would upgrade to something a little more sophisticated.

    Well, here ya go.

The Bearpaw Serving Tool is hands down the best serving tool I have ever used.

    Extremely easy to load.

Extremely easy to keep serving tension how you want it.

Extremely smooth, and easy to operate.

Extremely gentle on both the string & serving during the process.

I've used this one for close to 3 weeks now, and love it more every time I pick it up.

If you're in the market for a new serving tool, I highly recommend this one. Save yourself some time, and frustration, and get it. You'll be glad you did, I guarantee it.

    P.S.
It'll even work well for you well rope twisters also. 8^P / 8^)

    thanks for the tip Rick.
I was looking at some fly tying tools one time and wondered if any of them would be useful for bow strings.

Thanks Rick. I hate the poc I've been using, but not as much as several
others I've bought over the years.

I'm going to order one of these today. I'm assuming that 3 rivers or nocking
        point would have them.

          Where did you get it?

I tried 3 rivers, Nocking Point, and Rose City.

I use the German tool. Cant remember the name, something winder but it is great. Really smooth but pretty pricy. Aout $55.

Bob I believe you're talking about the Beiter Winder.

                      X2

The BearPaw works exactly like the Beiter Winder, but has been slim lined to make it a little less bulky to deal with. It too is German made.

Been using a Spigarelli for many years, and doubt I'll change..... but the Bearpaw looks good.
