Refinishing bow

My FIL gave this bow to like 4 years ago. Is there anyone on here that I could send it to, to refinish it, put some strings on it, and maybe some arrows for it. And make sure it is still safe to use. any help would would be nice.

I'd be happy to look at it and see what I could do. I do not build arrows yet but there are many others on here that do. Here is a post of one I did http://discussions.texasbowhunter.co...d.php?t=274070
all I'd ask is cover cost of shipping and materials, I'll PM what I think materials would cost. I would not be able to save the "decal" on the limb but the writing on the riser is no problem.
