    need help setting up bow

    ok so i bought a bow from fellow TBH er AKA "Mesquite" Roland Guerra. Its a Sarrels Blackhills II 56" 50#@28" sweet bow. Met Roland and his dad great guys Roland brought the bow to me and i met him a couple of miles out of laredo on hywy 59 we talked a bit then we were both on our ways. so now i need to set up this fine looking Sarrels Blackhills II. heres the deal i shoot 26" draw and have heard you loose 2 1/2 pound per inch this would put me @ 45# with this bow ? and what kind of arrows do i need looking to shoot carbons lets hear it from the trad guys

    I like gold tip 35/55's full lenght 125/135 gr tips should get up around 9 grains per pound

      Depends on how heavy of an arrow you want to shoot. .600 spine with 125-145 gr or .500 with 145-200 gr.

          thinking of shooting 125 BH so i should be fine with a 600 spine

            Gold Tip Traditional 1535's would probably fit the bill.

              I have the same bow, poundage, and draw as you and the ICS bowhunter arrows cut to 29" with 100 grain brass inserts and 145 grain heads fly really well!! Hope this helps! Jason
