    Arrow tuning?? Bare shaft??

How do you make sure your arrows are tuned out at 15-20 yards? I shot through paper with bare shaft and they made a bullet hole. But out past 13-15 yards they fly crazy?

I just bought some 5575 and 7595 gold tips to play with. Just looking for advice

What's your set up? DW, DL? Arrow length?

I've never had much success with paper tuning. I use 3 bare shafts and three fletched shafts. Once I get the bare shafts and fletched shafts shooting in the same group the bow is tuned. The process is too long to describe here, but this link does an excellent job of explaining it. http://www.bowmaker.net/index2.htm

        51#
        28.5 draw length

For the 7595 I'm gonna try to put a 100gr insert and 180 gr broad head gonna start with a full length shaft.

For the 5575 I'm gonna try 50 grain insert with 180 gr head

I agree with Phillip Fields, above. Bare shaft tuning is the best way to go with trad equipment.
