I looked to see if I had any that I made several years back but I didn't. Instead of wire, I ued the little thin strips that come out of wind shield wipers after I changed them. It is small but flat and can even be sharpened. I cut a cross in a .38 Special casing and had the wire from the loops going through the slots and beat the brass back together to hold them, no glue or soldering. They worked really well. I just changed my wipers and got a couple more pieces so I will make up a couple for you guys. They would have to be used with wood arrows though.
Ron, Those look good. I have a couple of projects (Insulated smoker) that I have to get finished up here before I even think about looking at a new one. When I get a chance I might try to make some of those snaros.
Bisch - Keep at it one day it will happen. I am like you 0 for a bunch. Did not get to go yesterday as work got in the way.
I have piano wire of many different sizes that I'd be happy to share, maybe trade for some other parts to make some of these! I'd like to meet some more trad guys and gals around the Temple area.
