    Got some new arrows today...

Went to Bow Zone in Spring today and picked up a half dozen Easton FMJ 340 arrows to shoot in my 60" 45# Recurve. I just wanted to mention that I am floored with the performance I am getting with these arrows. These are the exact arrows Darrel up at the shop shoots traditional with and I know why, they fly like darts. Full length (33" I think) with 125 gr. field tips, long and stable. White wraps with bright orange and white 5" feathers which matches the arrow in Lost Camo. They weren't cheap but I am super happy with the results. Total arrow weight is 536 gr., getting 169 fps with them at my 29" draw. Thanks Bow Zone! Now just need to find some hogs to test them out on.

glad they work for you.. I shoot the 400 fmj at 30" with 210 grain tips for 570 total (19%foc) and they are shooting great for me as well. Im only getting 180fps out of my 28.5" draw... FMJs are some sweet arrows! I know several others that shoot them as well

Those are some pretty feathers. They look like vanes. Welcome.

Nice looking arrows. FMJs are my main hunting arrows. 400s cut to 29" with standard inserts and 250 gr points. Have not checked the weight but thats out of a 53#ish @27" Sarrles Blueridge 58" longbow. Fly great.
