I have a Marauder and a Gadget Adapter and I like how it works. What i don't like is having to change my grip so I can depress the pressure switch to make the light come on. I am in the design phase to persoanalize that for me though.

I don't use a bow light but I have placed SolarLED floodlights at my feeder. They come on before dark and last about 4-6 hrs. You can see to shoot about 20-25 yds with them.

I use the boar bracket and light that Melvin Erickson sells. It works excellent and the little LED lights out to 30 yards.

Here's my set up for yall. ( sorry Rick here's some more small pics ).

I installed a stabilizer bushing on the back of my bow (for gator hunting rig) but anyways take an old compound stabilized or a black painted bolt and screw it in. Then I went to the gun store and bought a barrel/light mount and replaced the light with a spitfire 200 lumen light and I just use my pinky finger to push the button as I'm coming to full draw. The only problem is the light is just a tad bit to bright. So I used a green dry erase marker on the lens an it's perfect. I can see almost 30 yards. I did have a pressure switch on this light but it got to where it would only work when I didn't want it to. The way I have my light is the way I hold my bow with the hand turned out slightly and a looser grip. Hope this helps.

Here is mine, I love everything but the quality of the wiring...sometimes it doesn't want to turn on or sometimes off

Interested why you don't like the marauders. I love mine.. Kelly g is a member here... He is the man. If you are having a problem with your light pm him.

Skinny, aka hogdude likes the sniper hog lights... As do others here on tbh. But I have yet to pull the trigger on one.

I'm also digging the deal extreme lights. For 9.90 you should give one a try...

The problem I have and have seen is in the wiring of the switches. I have one that doesn't want to turn on, and get some of the ones I sell brought back to me with the same problem. Right now, I have one working really good... the other one I have has problems turning on.

I have one somewhere around here but I used a cherry switch from a coke machine on mine, and wired it so that I'd depress the cherry switch with my fingers on the front of the grip and with another switch turn it on, but the switch under my fingers has continuity when not depressed so when I anchor I left the pressure off the switch to turn it on... I don't think I did the best job off explaining that

Can be used with or without pressure switch.
