Help to identify a couple of longbows

My brother passed and I got a couple of his longbows.

Does anyone know who the builders of these longbows would be?

The second I am guessing are Arvin Weaver selfbows. If they are, you got some gooduns.

The 65” bow is definitely an Arvin Weaver selfbow.

The 68” bow is a Cartel Viper longbow, I think. Checking on the internet it looks like it is a $200-$250 bow.
