Ladder Stand for 62" bow

Grateful to have a hunt this past weekend at a friends place, where I was hunting from a ladder stand. Would've worked out great except the ladder stand had hand rails, making a shot very difficult with a 62" recurve as I'd have to stand and fold the seat back to shoot. Compound would have been no problem.


What's a good ladder stand for hunting with a long-ish longbow or recurve?

Pretty much any one without handrails. I have actually cut handrails off before to make a ladder stand more user friendly. Even without rails, if you are sitting, you sometimes still have to watch to make sure the bottom limb doesn’t hit the stand on the shot.

Yeah I've learned standing is easier with a stick bow. Even with a lock on.
