    Two questions

    Can one of y'all shave down the grip on my hickory bow ? And if so approximately how long would it take ?

      thanks a bunch Arvin , will be going to fredericksburg in a few weeks and will stop by for a visit. I am realizing a few things about trad shooting

      1 - pay attention to what the more experienced are saying
      2 - don't get a bow with too much draw for a beginner
      3 - don't buy a bow for looks unless you are an acomplished shooter or it's going on the wall
      4 - PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE MORE EXPERIENCED ARE SAYING !!!

      Yes, I'm figuring out how to shoot this thing. But, I'm also figuring ot that there is a MAJOR difference in the grip on a riser and on a self bow.

      As Bisch would put it , the bow bow gods will get to you........
