the glove I bought is a little too small, so I've been shooting bare fingered. Better quit until I can go get another. I did notice CMSackett uses what looks like a leather work glove ??

Patrick,
OK, Popeye the first rule of thumb always leave your closest arrows to the center
of the target then shot some more and pull the bad ones until it looks like you have a half inch group. Then always say that you're shooting at 40 yards...
Looks like your shooting great brother, on a serious note. Someone mentioned healthy shooting on here a while back. You're using way to many muscles, bend at the waste a little and pull back with three then drop or relax one and keep your elbow in line with your arrow. If you keep pulling with two fingers you're going to have knuckles that match mine and that's not bragging rites, Uncle Arthritis will visit and he's never in any hurry to leave. Looks like you are well on your way to becoming a great shot, I think that you're a natural brother!!!!

Originally posted by Phillip Fields View PostYour elbow is definitely too high. You should pretty much have a straight line from bow arm across drawing arm. It looks like you're not getting any back tension. If you get proper back tension it should drop your drawing elbow. As you get to full draw, try to touch your shoulder blades together. This will lower your elbow and make more of a straight line from bow arm through drawing arm.
