    Actually got to experience it!

Wow a 50 lb recurve is a LOT heavier than I thought it would be! Not that it wasnt manageable but dang!
Let's just say I like the 45 lb a lot better.
Alright traditional gurus, I know I have been asking a lot of questions but I just wanna make sure I get things right so bear with me!
My draw with a recurve is 26 inches which puts the knock right at the corner of my mouth.

Let's say I get the 45 lb samick sage, does it really run 2 lbs heavy? If so, since my draw is 26 would it put the bow at about 42-43 lbs? Is this a good estimate?

Chances are your draw will lenghten as your form improves.

You would be in the 39-40 lb. range at 26" draw
