what is a good starter recurve bow that is not to hard on the pocket book? I am interested in one with fiberglass limbs. Any suggestions?

If you're starting shooting trad, find any bow (white limbs if you need to) that's 35-40# for your initial shooting. Then get one in the 50-55# range for hunting. The lower weight will allow you to learn form right the first time while your back muscles strengthen- since there's no cams it works your back/shoulders different from a compound.
At the risk of repeating myself, find an NAA certified instructor, pay the few $ for 3-5 1 on 1 lessons. The instructor probably has a bow to lend you for them- lower weight is the key. Been there, done that, learn it right the first time, and not have to unlearn the wrong way to shoot trad. It's difficult in it's simplicity, and your form determines your success.
BTW, Grizzley is great bow, I love my 2 'old' Red Wing Hunters, usually sell for $100- $150 on eBay.
