This year I lost the little place I've hunted on my whole life. After sitting this season out I've decided I have to find a place somehow for next year. Being a school teacher, I don't have a lot of disposable income. I figure I can only spend about 1200. What are reasonable expectations for that amount? Also, I live in San Antonio. Thanks.

Similar situation. Haven't been on a lease in years after losing one we had been on for what seemed like forever. I've decided next year I make the investment. It's just tough to find a place, but tougher to find the time. -
with that budget it will be tough to find a quality lease. I would look out going towards rocksprings area...sometimes you can find a cheaper lease out that way. Only other option I have seen is east tx which will be a hunting club. Unfortunately lease prices are outrageous these days. I'm trying to find one myself south of san antonio for under 2500 and that on it's own is fairly tough as well.Comment
